Hello, Welcome to Mercenary Studio. This site is dedicated to Painted Wargaming and Collecting miniature toy soldiers. The goal is to sell painted miniatures at affordable prices to the gamer and collector.
How to Order
All orders will be done via email. It will be first come, first served. If you see some thing you are interested in, all it takes is an email. Please send an email with the items you would like to purchase. Please use the contact info below.
If someone referred you to this site, please include their name and email.(discounts are possible for references)
Shipping
All shipping will be done through the US Postal Service Priority Mail. I will be using Paypal for this service. $5.95 will be the standard shipping rate for all orders, no matter how big or small, so bigger orders are encouraged.
Payment
Please do not send me payment until final arrangements have been made. I will send a Paypal invoice with your total. This invoice must be paid within 5 days or items will be released for sale again.
International Orders
International orders require a $30 minimum. Shipping will be calculated at time of order. Not responsible for lost, missing or damaged shipments outside of the US.
Commission Work
While I will not normally do commission work, I will paint single,character,monster models. I do not paint units, armies or large quantities of figures.(units/squads of three are ok) Some models and manufacturers many cost extra. Games Workshop Heroes and single models will be one example of this. Contact me for availability and a price quote. You can save money and time by having the figures cleaned and primed. I can also purchase/acquire figures to be commissioned. I have access to a massive range of companies. Additionally, I do take requests. If you are looking for certain models, types of creatures, character classes, styles or brands: please let me know. I would really like feedback as to what type of painted figures people are looking to buy.
Gallery
The gallery section is a collection of my work over the years. Items that have sold will get posted into the gallery section. It is possible to request similar items to what is in the gallery section. Please e-mail me with your request. I will let you know if it is possible to copy or duplicate these items.
Returns
Returns are possible. If you do not like the quality or appearance of the figure in person. Please contact and we will resolve the issues. Customer is required to pay return shipping and any damages to the figure on the return trip. Damages upon arrival will be handled case by case, again please contact me to resolve the issue. I will have not problems working things out.
Refunds will be issued when item(s) are received.
About the Miniatures
All miniatures have been matte sealed for gaming and handling protection. It is possible to request colors and paints used on most models after you buy them. This way you can match colors for other miniatures in the same army or group. I will not keep trade secrets, thats for losers and selfish gamers who do not what to see others improve. Most bases are sanded and painted black. Next they are drybrushed heavily with Scorched Brown (or other similar color) with a Bleached Bone (any Ivory or bone color) drybrush on top. The edge is painted black. Varies types of static grass have been used and glued to the base with super glue. Some have Woodland Scenics clump foliage added.
